power do you know to mix with your fondant? I what to use it with my Satin Fondant, so it is not so soft when making some of my fondant decorations.

So, I don't know how much powder (ratio) to use with my fondant. I would be very greatful and thankful for any help or advice on how to do this.

God Bless,
Sharon

icon_redface.gif Found the answer on CAI website (ConfectioneryArts.com), add 2-3 tablespoons of Tylose to 1 lb. of fondant. Knead it into the fondant and let it rest overnight before using.

Thanks for taking the the time to read the post.
