So FRUSTRATED! I am trying to roll out my MMF and there are huge air pockets! Not like tiny little bubbles, but big bubbles with air in them like silly putty. How do I fix this???

I also can't get it to not be sticky. . .I am so irritated right now!

Help please!

Never seen it happen. I think you need to be more careful when kneading. I make sure to not "create" air pockets when I'm kneading. Little bubbles happen, just prick em' with a pin.

If it's still sticky you can try kneading in some more confectioners sugar. I think the best way to deal with bubbles or air pockets is by pricking them with a thin pin or needle to let the air out.

Dust it with cornstarch and knead it again. After you roll it out, run your hands over it to smooth it as much as you can before you put it on the cake.
