I was planning to make treat bags out of RKT and then covered with fondant. I wanted to have fondant lollipops sticking out of the bags, but I'm wondering if the stick will be able to be pushed into RKT. If so, will the RKT provide enough support so that the stick doesn't just fall over?

Yes, you can push the sticks into the RKT. If you push it in far enough (at least 1/2 way) it should hold fine.
