I'm using choco-pan for an engagement cake. I have to make it a day before the party, can I put the cake in the frige once the cake is covered and decorated.

This is the first time I'm using this product .

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I made the Teacher Appreciation cake in my photos with ChocoPan (blue layer only) and kept it in the frig with no problem.

The last grooms cake I made was using Chocopan. I really liked the taste and smell. icon_smile.gif It seemed to want to roll out to thinnly and get warm quickly...so I would rub your rolling surface down with ice cubes first to get it nice and cold. Other than that I really enjoyed it...it was just as easy to use as Satin Ice and Fondarific to me.
Good luck!
