Ok, a coworker is wanting me to make a wedding cake for them. Originally I thought that it would be a small cake, but of course it is growing. It will be round 6,8,10,12. The good news, it will be satellite so no stacking. (of course I do not have that stand) Now they are wanting Italian Cream Cake with Cream Cheese icing. I will be decorating it, but it is not super detailed. According to the Wilton Chart this is for 130 people. Can I get some help on pricing? I certainly want to make this person a decent deal, but I also don't want sleepless nights decorating for nothing. HELPPPPPP

Cream cheese icing is a bear. It is almost impossible to get smooth and gets soft and goopy in the heat. Is this cake going to be indoors? If it's going to be outdoors, it will melt unless it is cold outside.

Anyway, I would charge at least $350-$450 for that cake, depending on the complexity of the decorations.

Cream cheese filling, regular icing on the outside. That's what I do.
