I purchased a large container of non dairy buttercream. I was told it would last quite a while as long as it was sealed. It has become oily and flat. How would I fluff it back up? It still tastes great but I put it in the mixer and that seemed to break it down more. Any suggestions?

How long did you re-mix it? Is there company information on the packaging? I would try to contact them.
