Is there any way I can use mmf ans put it in the fridge without the fondant getting shiny and moist? I dont know what else to do because i am using cream cheese filling that needs to be refridgerated...any ideas??
MMF can be rough, coming out of the fridge. It will gather alot of moisture...If you have a fan of some sort (make sure its not all dusty like mine are) put the cake in front of the fan, on high when you take it out so it can dry quickly
