Lady wants a 3 tiered cake but only one layer per tier so seems quite small really. Covered in fondant. Do I still use dowels etc on the bottom two tiers?
Ordinarily it's like every 4-6 inches of height that I place dowel--but in this case I think I'd go 'head and dowel each tier due to the potential weight of the fondant. It won't hurt to dowel it all.
