This is my nephews cake he got for his birthday....

Guess how much it cost. I wasnt there, but from the looks...its all BC and plastic decorations

It's a kit, I recognize the display from several grocery stores. And YES, he looks amazed that it's his cake! icon_smile.gif

It's a kit cake...they've got dummies of it at the grocery stores here. I've never bought a grocery store cake for my kids, but I'll go out on a limb here and guess $40.

Well, back several years ago when I worked as a grocery store decorator, I did quite a few of those pirate ships. At the time, they were somewhere between $43-$47. There was also a super-size version with the ship sitting on a half-sheet that went for about $74.
