Does anyone know if you get the same amount of servings using Indydebi's cutting guide as you do if you use the regular circular cutting method?

From the diagram, it looks like alot, probably similiar since it doesn't specify otherwise. Maybe PM her? She is a gem about helping people......

I can get about 10% more servings. Meaning a 10" round, which serves 38 by the wilton chart, I can get 40-42.
