I think I read somewhere thta you can use coffee creamer to flavor cake. If this can be done how do you alter the reciepe? Thank you

You can use it to replace some of the liquid, I believe. I prefer to use the powder but whatever is on hand will work so long as you keep the dry to liquid ingredient ratio level. HTH
