I've never made poured fondant, can you use it right away, or do you have to let it sit for 24 hours? Also can it be used on a Napoleon cake? I've never made one of these either.

Is a mini food processor to small to make it in?

Thanks in Advance for any help!!

which recipe are you using? its just that i havent seen a recipe that calls for the use of a mixer, they are usually done on the stove.
i used a just add water mix, it was ready for instant use.
i think it would be what is used in that kind of cake.

if you give the link, you might get more advice from someone that has used it. but usually the cooked fondant recipes are instnat use, they need to be kept warm while being used.
