How Would You Make These Brownie Pops?

Hey guys, any ideas on how to make the cat ears? Also, do you think they cover these with candy clay? Here is the link:

Maybe they stuck some almonds before dipping in chocolate?

They are most likely covered in chocolate.

My guess would be sticking almonds in before dipping them in chocolate too icon_smile.gif

They probably stuck the almonds and the stick in the brownies and then put them in the freezer for 30 min or so. Then they dipped them in chocolate.
