I have a bride who wants piped french bows on the sides of the cakes. I'm having a very hard time visualizing this. Can anyone have any suggestions where to find photos or how to accomplish this? Thanks!

I really don't think that will look good done in buttercream. You need to do it in fondant. If you use buttercream, Im afraid that it will look like a messed up flower or something.
