I have a co-worker who came up to me this morning wanting to know if buttercream flower/roses could be freezed ahead of time and for how long. Her sister is getting married in or near Kent, Ohio and apparently the sister is doing her own cake, but wants buttercream flowers, I don't know if she does not how to make it or what, but she wanted to know if anyone near that area would do them for her. All I told her was that I would post this and see if anyone was willing to do it for her sister and I would let her know. Thanks.
