Two months ago I decided to branch off on my own and start my own dessert business. I am moving things along really quickly (October 4th is set as my opening!) and tomorrow is my deadline to finish my pricing guide. I am contemplating having limited time offers for wedding cakes like free deliverys or discounts until I have a steady flow of bookings. What incentives have worked for you? What pointers to go have on setting your pricing?
