I was wanting to make an ice cream cake with one layer of cake(any flavor). How do you do this?? Thanks for your help
Line a cake pan with plastic wrap.
Let the ice cream set out until just soft enough to spread.
Put the ice cream in the pan, spreading it around to completely fill in.
Cover with plastic wrap (press onto ice cream).
Freeze overnight.
Unwrap and turn out ice cream layer onto cake layer.
Frost quickly and return to freezer for a good 20-30 minutes.
Remove to decorate for no more than 10 minutes at a time, returning to freezer for 20 minutes at a time.
