For a Sunday cake, can I fill tonight, then crumb coat, and leave out? I do not have cold storage for all of this cake. I know unopened the shelf life is forever (actually 6mo according to the website), but how long at room temp (70-72) on the cake?

You sure can.

Just be sure to put in box (not airtight) to keep dust, etc. off cake.
