I have ordered a high ratio/Icing shortning from Sysco in the past. It worked great and it was much less expensive than the other brands (approx. $40 for 50 pounds). Anyway, I can't find the item number, does anyone have it? We asked the sales guy and he wanted to know the item number, he doesn't know what Im talking about otherwise. Thanks

I've never heard of Sysco before!! It sounds like I'll have to check it out! I hope someone has the answer you're looking for!
