Long story but can i marzipan a cake today and fondant ice it tomorrow ? i know i was taught you should leave around 3 days between 3 days between as the oils need to dry out in the marzipan and can seep thru the fondant ?!?!
anyone know of i can turn this around quicker as i dont have 3 days ?!?!!?!?
I have no problems putting the marzipan on one day and the fondant the next. Are you keeping the cake for a while or it to be used straight away
