Recipe For A Small Batch Of Gumpaste?

Does anyone have a recipe for a small batch of gumpaste? I just need enough to make one high heel shoe the one that is on the tutorial here and a couple little make-up pieces.

Gumtex? Where would I find that? Is that gumpaste you buy from a store? Sorry, I've never actually worked with gumpaste before so not familiar with the terminology.
