I have a pecker cake to do next week and I have rented the pan but I was amazed at how small this thing is. So my client is ok with me putting it on top of another cake (probably round). I was thinking about making the pecker out of white (colored) chocolate. have any of you used these pans to mold candy melts? did you coat them with anything first? Just a thought.
