Design For A "welcoming Cake" To A New Job As An X

Does anyone have any very simple ideas for a design for a 9-inch, three layer cake in an X-ray Dept. theme? They requested this specific cake that I make in 9-inch, three layers and want "Welcome Kelli" wrote on it, but I thought it would be cute to add a few "x-ray details". Any ideas?

If you have time, take some gumpaste and cut it into rectangles and paint on it to look like x-rays.
just the first thought that came into my head
