I Need Some Questions Answered

I was just wondering how long can toba's glace be stored for and how do you store it? I know that this has probably been asked and aswered but any help would be appreciated going to make some cookies right know and want to make a doubl batch of the glace as I have cookies due on 9-20
and will be using some of the same colors. Any help please/

Her books says 2 weeks im the refrigerator with milk, 3 weeks without milk. She advises storing in an airtight container with plastic wrap laid directly over the icing, but I never use the plastic wrap and mine stays fresh, so IDK if it's completely necessary.

I don't use the plastic wrap either. The glace made with water can really stay for longer than 3 weeks (all it is really, is ps, corn syrup, and water). I havent needed to store it that long though. You'll be fine till the 20th.

i actually keep it right in the squeeze bottles in the fridge. if it's more than 1 week i take it out of the bottle and restir it.
