Okay, I've been wanting to start an organization at my school involving something with cakes to help the community. I have friends to help get it started and teacher to sponsor, i just need an idea about what to do with cakes to help the community. Any ideas? Thanks

At a school a fellow teacher worked at they had people make and donate cakes for a silent auction. All money raised went to charity.

I would have to agree silent austions are the best way or even set up something with donating the money to the schools in the area, help the childrens shelters (if you have something like that in your area), bake sales, etc. Good Luck!
