Booth At Church Event Need Help

I was asked by my church to have a booth to sell cookies cup cakes and pies. any ideas on what type of cookies, cupcakes and pies to make and price range as well as display ideas. thanks so much

So is this a fundraiser for the church? I'm about to do one for Cub Scouts and am making 100 cupcakes...simple regular size cupcakes, swirl of icing on top with a few colored sprinkles. Nothing spectacular so it's basically the cost of my supplies and the little time to actually make them. They cost me about 22 cents a piece to make so I'm selling them for a dollar to help out the "cause". Cupcakes always sell well and go quickly and are relatively labor easy.

We have an Octoberfest type event every year.

For the silent auction I've done an edible chess board:
