I have found a few white cake recipes that call for all purpose flour. When I make them, they have a funny flour-y taste. And an aftertaste.
Will using cake flour stop this?
Ive really no idea, But it couldnt hurt to have a practise run ? i say give it a whirl and let us know how the results get on!
Yes changing to cake flour will change the taste a lot. (it did for me)
