I'm making MMF for a cake for this weekend. The customer wants red fondant and I don't have time to order satin ice so I have to make it. I have on hand Wilton's no-taste res and I can get (with a little hassle) Americolor red. Is Americolor worth the hassle? Is this even a doable task?

I would totally go for the Americolor. Get the black and your most used colors too. You'll be soo glad you did.

Yes, Americolor is definitely worth it, especially for red and black. You'll never go back to W.
