I know there are posts relating to the pricing matrix. Can anyone just give
me a simple idea - like for maybe 2 batters (equivalent to 2 sour cream pound cakes) with my homemade fondant with just a little simple decorating - nothing too major? I'm just asking your opinion for a ball park figure! And how "DO" you figure more complicated fondant decorations and colors?

There really is no "easy quick price", there are too many factors at play that are unique to you for someone else to be able to tell you what to charge. Here's an article that you might find useful.
