I am looking for a chocolate buttercream recipe that will hold up well in heat. I am transporting a cake 8 hours away next weekend. The cake is done in chocolate buttercream. Will Indidebi recipe work? If so do I just add cocoa powder to it? Any ideas?? I searched for recipes but there are so many and I don't know which ones will hold up well. Thanks!!

To make my buttercream, I just ad 4-6 oz. of melted chocolate--I like to use Belgian milk chocolate, but I've used Ghiardelli's semisweet, too--and cream it in with the fats. You might have to add slightly more PS if you do it this way, but I haven't found it to be a significant amount.
