I need help pricing a cake like this for South Louisiana area. Any suggestions? The bottom tier would be styrofoam. Please help! Thanks to those that made these beautiful cakes for great inspiration.

I'm in S Louisiana, and the rough average of bakery prices for fondant cakes in my area is $5/serving. Not sure how the dummy tier would affect pricing. It doesn't have to be baked, obviously, but it has to be bought and decorated of course. Maybe someone else will have more info on that??? HTH!

I think BC prices range between $3.75 and $4.25/serving???

I am not trying to be greedy or anything but I I would say $5 for buttercream and $8 for fondant. I live in Harvey, La. I hope this helps. Good luck.

I live in Mamou, La. It is a small town. I just do not see getting these prices here, however, the bride is from Alexandria, La.
