Whipped Ganache Question

Can whipped ganache sit out even though it has whipping cream in it? Thanks

Not for more than an hour or so - it's very similar to mousse.

Because of the acidity and the sugar, they will be fine left out for 3-5 days.

Because the cream has been bought to boiling point - it changes the structure of the cream - so yes, your Ganache can be left out -
As long as it isn't 100 degrees in the shade - icon_wink.gif

As long as you cover it with a clean teatowell - or gald wrap - even baking paper - it will be clean and safe to use.
