Hi Everyone,
I have another question,
I base iced a cake last night and put it into the frig. to sit over night.
I need to cover it in fondant.
Is it okay to put fondant on it straight out of the frig.(** after it's been in for so long?**)
My concern is too much moisture and air bubbles.
Any thought would be greatly appreciated!
THANK YOU!

I would let it sit for 15 minutes or so. I should not cause any bubbles in the fondant but it may cause some moisture depending on what your temp it like over there at the moment.

The moisture will dry out anyway. I have covered cakes completely frozen before.

Good luck,

Kim
