Gourmet Flavors...what's Your Fav?

I've always been uncomfortable with the word "gourmet". Dictionary.com defines it as "....high quality or exotic ingredients..." I just dont' consider anything I make as "exotic". I've read on here that some consider white chocolate a "gourmet" cake flavor, but I figure if you can buy white chocoalte at walmart, then it's not all that "exotic"! Some consider rum cake a gourmet flavor, but I figure anything a bum drinks out of a brown paper bag, can't be all that "exotic".
So I hesitate to ever call anything I do "gourmet" because I don't want to be presumed to be pretentious about it.
But just to share my most ordered cake flavor? White cake with red raspberry filling. Simple.
