Hi all, I have a question about using fresh strawberries as filling. If I use regular buttercream can I then just top that with frest cut strawberries? I think I saw the "cake boss" do that with his cakes.
Also, I want to put strawberries on the cake, not dipped in chocolate just glazed. How do I glaze them? Glaze recipe? I fell like this should be real simple, like maybe brush with corn syrup, but I'd like the correct way if someone can help me.
