I have a cake due soon and was wondering if it is covered in fondant and accents if i can refrigerate it the night before. The filling has ricotta cheese in it.
Thanks

I refrigerate my cakes all the time with no problems--even when my figures are still soft. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
