Hi!
I'd like to do a chocolate cake covered in chocolate ganache....
I was wondering what do you like to put as a filling in a ganache covered cake?

If you are not opposed to using fruit or a filling that will need to be refridgerated, I would use a white chocolate mousse and raspberries. Strawberry, banana, orange also all go well with chocolate.
