How do those of you doing this professionally deal with health insurance. I would like to work towards opening a shop and doing this professionally (I don't think I am quite ready yet, but I am getting closer every day.) But the insurance is a hard hurdle to overcome since I am a single mom and HAVE to have decent coverage for my daughter and myself.

Are there trade organizations (ICES?) that also offer the option to join a group health plan?

Well, we just buy it. It's really expensive and crappy too!
