Please help? I am only making cakes for other people since January 2009. I am to scared to make a wedding cake, but I have a customer who will not take no for an answer. Please give me tips so that the cake do not fall in and any flopfree recipes would also be great? It must be a 3-tier cake with the bottom one a dummy and the top two vanilla cake.

Thx.

Sandra

Great recipes http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=df4f9hbq_46cs9f28fs For vanilla, just use all vanilla instead of vanilla/almond in the original recipe.

It will be fine, I've only been doing cakes since march 09, my best friend was getting married and insisted I do her cake, I did and it looked good. Just keep thinking that it's several small cakes put together to make one big one..
