How in the world should I do that? Lol. It's for a bridal fair next month. I told hubby he was in charge of figuring it out because I've got so many other things to think about.

My original idea was to make "shelves" inside cardboard boxes. Like, put a layer on cupcakes on the bottom of the box. Then create some kind of shelf with legs in the four corners to sit above that, and put another layer of cupcakes.

That's probably what will happen unless you all have any better ideas. It would take way too many cupcake carriers, plus these are minis, so they won't fit right. If I got shallow bakery boxes I might be able to put them one layer deep, but that will take a lot of boxes. Oh, and whatever I use will have to be able to be kept behind and underneath my table for replenishing.

Any other ideas? icon_smile.gif

How about the soda boxes (the ones you get with the 36ct. sodas- flat, rectangular card board tray). The stack great when you rotate them. I'm sure the grocery store would have some on hand as well. Or maybe even Sam's Club or other bulk shopping store.

That's a good idea, the grocery store down the road would have lots of those I'm sure..

I recently transported 200 large cupcakes. I used the long, flat, plastic containers that are used for gift wrap & can fit under your bed. Each one held 60 cupcakes, so they will hold many more mini cupcakes. The container keeps them fresh & covered & they don't move ( I put the rubber shelf liner under them that I got from the dollar store inside the container & then put the cupcakes on top). I now have containers if I get another order, but they are currently in the basement as a container for my many cake pans. keeps them covered & free from dust & saves me opening my cupboard & them all falling out.

I use large sheet boxes for minis. I can fit 100 in a 22" x 15" so that means only 6 boxes. They're only about 2.5" deep so I can stack them. HTH
