A friend of mine asked if I knew of a Key Lime Filling for an Angel Food Cake. I don't have any and didn't see any on a search. May I ask if someone has a recipe they would be willing to share that would be good to pass on?

Thanks!

or
mix together:
key lime zest (tablespoon or to taste)mixed with 1-8 ounce package cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1/4 cup key lime juice...mix well then add, 1 cup melted and cooled white chocolate chips. After mixed until smooth, fold in 3-6 cups Rich's pre-whipped icing (bettercreme)...this can be adjusted to taste.

or
alternating layers....cake, thin layer of key lime curd ( http://www.robertrothschild.com/Products/Key-Lime-Curd-and-Tart-Filling__30555-x.aspx or http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/key-lime-curd ), cake, curd mixed with some Rich's bettercreme to lighten it up, cake, key lime curd, cake, curd/bettercreme mixture, cake, curd, cake....

Have you not tried any of them yet????

If you like key lime and are able, make one or two of them and enjoy!
