I want to learn how to make the fondant animals, flowers, etc. where can I go to look. Does the Wilton course teach those techniques? I made my first cookie cake with fondant this weekend and I liked working with it.

I don't think wilton is the answer. Your best bet is youtube. aine2 some has some great tutorials that are very reasonably priced for figures but also has some free ones. Do a member search and check her profile for her website.

If you are completely new to sculpting I suggest you get some books on Polymer clay sculpting. The techniques are the same and most libraries or craft stores will have the polymer books. There are lots of them out there that cover almost anything you might want to sculpt. They will definitely teach you the basic techniques.
