After you've had a consultation, made the cake, and delivered it, do you ever send out a survey to get thier feedback of the overall service? And if so, do you use a survey online copmany?

The one I was looking as it eSurveysPro dotcom?

I'm trying to decide if I want to create a survey to send out to customers after they've had a wedding or birthday or whatever the occasion may be...

Thanks

I tend to delete anything unsolicited. I would make it highly personable, and if wasn't a hand written note, at least a personalized e-mail.
