I have a question about the pillow cake that is on here in the how to section it says to freeze cake and carve from frozen.....do you wrap the cake in saran wrap and freeze just like you would if you were storing that cake?

When I freeze a cake I like to wrap it a couple of times in saran wrap then in heavy duty foil paper. I haven't carved anything major yet but I would still do it the same way.
