Need Help W/design For Mil's 60Th

My brain is not working---I need help with ideas on a design for my MIL's 60th birthday cake. Her husband's 60th birthday cake was the VIAGRA cake on my photos.
MIL has a twin sister, and the birthdays will be celebrated together---her twin is more religious inclined---HELP!!!!
The cake is only for 20 ppl, but I'll probably use my 10" pan. They love extra cake.

angel/devil? (good girl, bad girl?)
heart cake...
1/2 half white, frilly, a small wing poking out the side -- soft BC or dull fondant.
other half blood red, little tattoo (ship's anchor?) and a red tail coming out the side? -- shiny, glossy fondant

Whatever you do be sure you get the info right. The kniting basket in my photos was for my MIL and I made her a year older that she is (hehehehe). She has not let it go yet. Great ideas Doug!
