Tylose Powder

I had heard if I put tylose powder in my mmf then it would harden better. Does anyone know how much to put in? I wouldnt know if a tsp or cup would work..... i am such a newbie fondant maker. icon_rolleyes.gif

I use 2-3 tsp to 1lb of fondant.

I didn't know how much to use either. I've just been breaking off what I need, and then sprinkling a bit of tylose onto my piece of MMF and kneading it in. It's been working so far. I use a bit more tylose if I want it to more firmer.
