So far I only Decorate for friends/family (being that I am un-licensed). Should I complile a waiver so that I am not responsible if anyone becomes sick?

Would you invite people over to dinner and have them sign a waiver before they were allowed to eat? Same thing, really. I mean in this country, people can sue anyone for any reason... it's just a matter of how far the case actually gets in the court system. I think if you're just giving free cakes to friends and family, you shouldn't worry. And even if someone were, by some chance, to get sick, they would have to prove it was due to negligence on your part, and not just by accident.
