So I recently started using this recipe for my white cakes and I love it. I was just wondering if anyone elses cake is super super moist on top after its done? Its so moist that when I place my hand on top of the cake while I'm leveling it that a bunch of the cake sticks to my hand in a wet mass. The cake seems done to me. And the top part gets cut off anyway so its not like it's ruining the cake. But its a little strange to me and I just wanted to know if it's just me.

Yes, mine are the same. The kids fight over who gets to eat that part icon_biggrin.gif

Yep happens here too. Hubby allways gets the tops because he loves that it is so moist.

Yup! I have 2 or 3 white cake recipes - scratch and WASC and this happens to me too.

Tasty treats!
