I'm making a wedding cake and groom's cake for my niece and her fiance and need an idea on his groom's cake.. He like fishing. I don't want it to look like a birthday cake. ANY IDEAS?

How about a sculpted silver fish statue?

Hi,

How about a fish mounted on a board, similar to this picture below, with "Catch of a lifetime", "Hooked" or "Great Catch" as the wording under the fish!

Hope this helps

Here's one I saw earlier today and it has been on my mind since. It may be the most original cake I've ever seen.

Jamm,
That cake is the most interesting cake I've ever seen. I wonder if the boat and fisherman are made of modeling chocolate.

I'm with Jennifer. What do you mean by "silver fish"? Around here, a "silverfish" is an multi-legged insect that likes the damp. Not exactly appetizing for a cake.

I don't know what medium he used, but he says that everything is edible..including the aquarium life.
