I am making this cake tomorrow for my sons birthday & i have made one as a trial run but the features didnt really stand out so well,so i thought if i made a maderia cake instead they might stand out more as this cake is 'heavier'.
Does anyone know a recipe for a maderia cake to fit in this tin? I have just filled it with water & it holds 7 cups or 56oz.
